Parish Wide Election for the St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish Board of Education The Parish Board of Education recommends policies and goals to support educational programs of St. Gabriel the Archangel.  The board serves in an advisory capacity to the school administration and pastor.  Each board member serves a three year term. Starting Monday, May 18 public Masses in the Archdiocese of St. Louis may resume.  At the same time, the general dispensation from the Sunday Mass obligation will remain in place for all Catholics of the archdiocese until further notice, as many individuals continue to have concerns for the health and safety of themselves and their loved ones.  During this time, all churches are to remain open to individuals for personal prayer, devotions and confessions. Due to the continued uncertainty surrounding the Corona Virus (social distancing, large crowd gatherings, sanitation, etc…) the picnic committee sadly announces the cancellation of the St. Gabriel Picnic scheduled for Saturday June 13th, 2020.  All presale purchases will be refunded. Please be patient as we work through those logistics. While our customary gathering on the second Saturday in June won't be happening, the committee does intend to reschedule a picnic like event in the fall. If you or anyone you know are experiencing a need, please call our hotline at 314-881-1100 Although the SVDP Thrift Stores are CLOSED, the SVDP Blue Donaiton Bins are still in operation. Donated items are collected regularly.  So if you are spring cleaning, please dropoff any unneeded clothing. Thank you for giving !
