Please note the special consideration due to concerns about Covid-19 as we observe Ash Wednesday on February 17. The Vatican has requested that priests should sprinkle the ashes on the heads of the faithful, so that there is no contact from tracing the cross in ash on the forehead. Here at St. Gabriel the Archangel Church ashes will be distributed, in this fashion, at all four of ...

Calling All Musicians!

Do you spend most of Mass chasing a toddler? Do you struggle to hear the homily from the cry room? Parent volunteers within the Young Families Group offer the parish nursery every Sunday morning so that parents of young children are able to attend mass in peace. This is a unique, free and under-utilized service that provides a great benefit to many of our parish families. Simply bring your child (ages 6 mos ‐ 5 years) to the School Meeting Room (next to Cafeteria) just prior to 9 a.m. mass, and let them play with other kids while you attend Mass. The room is equipped with a safety mat and age appropriate toys, and paren...
