ACTS
What is ACTS?
ACTS is a parish-based retreat program that began in Texas in 1987.
The acronym of ACTS comes from Adoration, Community, Theology and Service, which is the foundation for these retreats.
This retreat offers the opportunity to renew your spirituality and prayer life, to enhance your relationship with our Lord and to strengthen connections to and within our parish community.
800+ St. Gabriel the Archangel parishioners have attended the retreats.

Who attends an ACTS Retreat?
Men and women of all faiths and experience. We have had retreatants from age 21 to age 94, Cradle Catholics, Converts, Baptists, Lutherans, and Non-Denominational Christians. All are welcome!
Why should I attend an ACTS Retreat?
If you have a yearning to grow closer to God, would like to grow deeper in faith and/or would like to meet people with the same interest, ACTS might be a good fit for you.
Where are ACTS Retreat held?
ACTS retreats are held at nearby retreat centers. Transportation to from the center is provided.
When is the next retreat?
We have one Women’s and one Men’s retreats every year. Check the above section for dates
